MEGADETH, MACHINE HEAD: Photo Gallery, Review From Grand Rapids Tour Opener Available

More than 40 photos of MEGADETH and MACHINE HEAD from the opening night of their joint U.S. tour — which kicked off this past Saturday (November 14) at the Orbit Room in Grand Rapids, Michigan — can be found on the WJRT-TVweb site. Also available is a review of the concert, which featured additional performances by SUICIDE SILENCE and ARCANIUM.

MEGADETH, SLAYER and TESTAMENT will team up for a U.S. tour, dubbed "American Carnage", in January/February 2010.
